This workshop looks at home-baked bread methods and serves as an introduction to the youth eco-social project Red Riding Hoods.
We will start by cooking delicious and aromatic bread using the technique (and bread starter) we got from the hands of the breadmaster in Häädemeeste village. It's siimple, tasty, and natural! We will also introduce our youth project Red Riding Hoods which began in August 2012 with an 8-day journey across villages in Ida-Viru and Pärnu Counties, where we learned about local history, traditions and rural life in general.
