Junk Mail For Pete is an exhibition that charts a series of hoax letters sent by UK artist Lewis McGuffie to London based painter Peter Simpson in the autumn of 2009. The letters, purporting to be from an official statistics gathering agency, relentlessly quizzed the artist on the state of his existence and the specifics of his being alive. Accompanying the letters will also be a video entitled This Not A Metaphor, It's Just A Cat.
